ROME, JAN 19 – White smoke in Montecitorio for the election of a lay member of the CSM. Felice Giuffrè exceeded the quorum of three fifths of the members of the Assembly (equal to 364 votes) necessary to trigger the election, with 420 votes. All lay members have been chosen. (HANDLE).
