To talk about the topic, human development and leadership preparation expert Muhammad Thaer Abdel Halim told Sky News Arabia:
Generation Z is a bold generation, and for this era and the experiences they went through, they learned a lot from it, and priorities began to differ. The generation suffers from the fact that technology has become a priority for companies that precedes human existence. Generation Z is the future, so it is our duty to understand and hear them. There is no longer any standard for when a person should change jobs.
