With the number of series that Netflix cancels at the end of the year, it is usual that, apart from a little noise during the days following the cancellation, things do not go any further. Then there is the case of The Warrior Nun, which is giving for its own movie.
The series starring Alba Baptistaand inspired by the comic of Ben Dunnwas canceled a few weeks ago after its second season hit Netflix.
Despite improving on its predecessor and performing reasonably well on Netflix’s viewing charts, the serie suffered the same fate as others such as 1899 or Top Secrets.
Fans have been engaged in a viral campaign to save Warrior Nun ever since the cancellation was announced, but their latest move is hilarious and certainly impossible for Netflix execs to miss.
The campaign to save The Warrior Nun arrives at the doors of Netflix
As @angrytrashacct collects via Twitter, fans have paid for a huge billboard where they demand the rectification of the cancellation of The Warrior Nun so that Ava, the character of Alba Baptista, returns for a third season.
The funniest thing of all is that the billboard is right in front of the Netflix headquartersas you can see in the images that accompany the publication.
Surprise!!!! We did it! We have an AWESOME billboard that was put up today! Fun fact about the board, it’s in Netflix’s front yard. @netflix execs and employees will see this for 4 straight weeks. #SaveWarriorNun #WarriorWell pic.twitter.com/kB1O0I9yVZ

For four weeks, Netflix employees will be able to enjoy from their windows this billboard that claims that The Warrior Nun has a new season, and the cancellation does not continue.
Netflix is not known, however, for rectifying the cancellations of its series, something that, in fact, greatly angers a large part of the subscribers who never know if a series will reach its natural end or will run into the snip.
The warrior nun, for now, will not return beyond its season 2. If Netflix changes its mind in the future, it will be something that we will discuss in the relevant news.
