A video showing the front man of the Endank Soekamti band, namely Erix Soekamti, reprimands security forces for allegedly causing viral trouble on social media. The video has caused quite a stir lately.
From the video uploaded by the @terangmedia account, you can hear Endank Soekamti’s personnel in the middle of a concert at Jenderal Sudirman Square, Ambarawa shouting a reprimand to the officers from a distance.
One of the personnel can be heard asking the security guard to step aside.
“Viral, one of Endank Soekamti’s personnel reprimanded officers during a concert at the General Sudirman Ambarawa field, Semarang (8/1/2023),” wrote the account statement.

Shortly after Endank Soekamti’s personnel gave a warning, it was seen that the audience, who were fans of the band, also cheered.
“The officer was immediately cheered by the audience who had packed the field, especially those in front of the stage,” continued the account.
In the video, the request from the Endank Soekamti band personnel was that the officers were ordered to step aside from the front of the stage.
“You who are wearing a uniform, get secured! You’re on duty? Why are you in the middle? On duty? I’ll see if you’re on duty. It’s become a culture here, the way they express themselves is like that. Ojo instead, cah siji is being bullied. Eh nto, if you want dadi gento mupload wae ben is famous,” said Band personnel Endank Soekamti.
“Hey bro, the one with the hand is in Saku, I’m not watching you, okay, please take a photo of his face, the one who is looking away, that’s it, thank you sir, don’t embarrass your own unity,” he said.

It didn’t stop there, the security officers were also threatened that their photos would be uploaded on social media.
“I’d like to try to take photos with short hair, which are disturbing, I’ll upload them later on social media,” he said.
Later the video created an uproar on social media.
Responding to this, the frontman of Endank Soekamti, Erix Soekamti, gave his clarification. He emphasized that the video that was circulating was cut and it was not his party who spread it.
“With all due respect and without reducing respect. Sorry for the uproar that occurred. The video circulating was cut (incomplete) & not from our side who spread it,” wrote Erix, Friday (13/1/2023).
“The real incident was that there were several elements causing trouble and were secured by security. I was only protecting the audience from unscrupulous persons who made a scene. If I belittled the agency, I would have been arrested right then and there. Thank you TNI for helping control & secure the event until it’s finished. Thank you love. Freedom!!” he closed.
