WASHINGTON, JAN 20 – A federal judge has ordered Donald Trump and one of his lawyers to pay nearly a million dollars in fines for filing a “trivial lawsuit” (something comparable to the ‘slander’ of Italian law) which he accused Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and other alleged enemies of the former president to have masterminded a vast conspiracy against him. The lawsuit had already been dismissed in September and two months later Trump had already been ordered to pay tens of thousands of dollars to another counterparty. Subsequently another group of people, including the former secretary of state and former presidential candidate, had requested sanctions against the tycoon for his legal action. (HANDLE).
