Urso: “Vital optical fiber for Italy”
“The widespread diffusion of optical fiber is the only real enabler for the diffusion of new services used on the fixed network and on the mobile network which must meet extremely high quality criteria and we are taking steps to intervene with ad hoc measures, which had not found consensus in the previous government, to relaunch companies in the national sector. We will do it shortly with a legislative provision to help national production, just as other international competitors have done, not only the USA but countries very close to us, starting with France”.Adolfo Ursoduring the hearing in Transport commission of the Chamber on the programmatic guidelines on communications.
