Il Interior Minister of Ukraine Denys Monastyrskyi is dead in the crash of the helicopter that fell near a kindergarten in Brovary, in the Kiev region. Among the victims were also his deputy Yevhen Yenin and the state secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
