LONDON – English said it would send 600 missile Brimstone’s Ukraine war-torn. The delivery of hundreds of these missiles is intended to help Ukraine’s struggle against Russian troops.
UK Defense Secretary Ben Wallace made the announcement after attending a donor meeting with some of his colleagues at Estonia’s Tapa military base.

“Today I can say that we will also send 600 Brimstone missiles to the theater, which will be very important in helping Ukraine dominate the battlefield,” he told reporters on Thursday (19/1/2023), as quoted by AFP.
Britain made its latest pledge just days after becoming the first country to comply with Ukraine’s request for heavy tanks.
Wallace and his Estonian counterpart Hanno Pevkur initiated a donor meeting in Tapa, which was attended by representatives of several of Ukraine’s allies.
The talks will be followed on Friday by a larger gathering of about 50 countries being convened by the United States (US) at the US-run Ramstein military base in Germany to discuss military aid to Ukraine.

“Now we are here today and will be there tomorrow in Ramstein to make clear to (Russian) President Vladimir Putin that we will continue to contribute, continue to train and continue to support Ukraine,” Wallace said in Estonia.
“Because if President Putin expects us to be bored this year, he is wrong. We will plan for this year, and next year, and the next, and so on. We are in it for the long term,” he added.
Wallace also called on Russia to leave Ukraine. “In 2023, it’s time to turn around the momentum that Ukraine has achieved in pushing back Russia to gains and ensure that Russia understands the goal now is to push them out of Ukraine and restore Ukraine’s sovereignty,” he said.
