TEL AVIV, 14 JAN – Two Palestinian militiamen died today in a firefight with the Israeli army near the village of Jabà south of Jenin (West Bank). According to the military spokesman, the two – according to various Palestinian sources Islamic Jihad operatives – fired from a vehicle at the soldiers. An M-16 rifle was found in the car – continued the spokesman. The Wafa agency identified the victims as Ezz El-Din Bassem Hamamreh (24 years old) and Amjad Adnan Khalilya (23). Yazan Samer Al-Ja’bari (19 years old) died today in Jenin hospital after being wounded on January 2 in clashes with the army in the West Bank. (HANDLE).
