This comedy-drama revolves around Shion Ashimori, a new student who transfers to Keibu High School, where she quickly becomes popular for being so outgoing and good at sports.
However, this beautiful and mysterious student has a big secret: it’s actually an AI in testing phase! Shion’s goal is to try to make the lonely Satomi Amano happy, although her way of doing it is totally unexpected, as she starts singing to her in the middle of class.
“Soon Shion becomes friends with Satomi and her friend Tôma, as well as Gocchan, Aya and Thunder, and she won’t stop until she finds a song that brings absolute happiness to her and her classmatesbut what he does for Satomi ends up getting everyone in a lot of trouble,” details the official synopsis of the film.
Sing with a Spark of Harmony is a Japan-US co-production by FUNimation Entertainment and JCStaff.
This feature film was screened in Spain at the last Manga Auditorium festival in Barcelona, where it won the 2022 Manga Auditorium Award.
