The Simpsons is one of the best-known American comedy series. Worldwide. Created by Matt Groening, it is a satire of American society where the story focuses on a dysfunctional middle-class family, made up of its iconic characters: Homer, Marge, Bar, Lisa and Maggie Simpson; who, in turn, live in a fictional town known as Springfield.
