The movie Ant-Man 3 will be released very soon and the screenwriter reveals very interesting details of a villain since The Simpsons character resembles.
Attention SPOILERS. in the trailer for Ant-Man 3 it has been revealed that frog is in the Quantum Realm and is part of the side of the great villain Kang. This means, that it will be a great threat to the heroes, but now we know more information, since the scriptwriter Jeff Loveness has revealed to SFXM that he was inspired by a popular 80s movie and The Simpson when writing the story.
“MODOK is perhaps my favorite thing about the Ant-Man 3 movie. Obviously we are very faithful to the comics with the design and the look, but then we put a little more on it. I might get fired from Avengers: Kang’s Dynasty when people see it, but some of my favorite moments come from MODOK and the dynamic there.”
“I’ll just say that it was inspired by Kevin Kline in A Fish Called Wanda (A fish called Wanda – 1988) and Frank Grimes in an old episode of The Simpsons. This was a really annoying, selfish, overbearing but also deeply sad and insecure man who knows he’s got shit in life and is trying to make the best of it.”
“His ego will collapse the moment he is challenged. But also like Kevin Kline in A Fish Called Wanda, he’s pretty good at killing people. He’s a really crazy character and I had a lot of fun with him. That was almost the first day in the room… We figured out MODOK as a character and Ant-Man 3 became a lot of fun.” he concluded Jeff Loveness.

frog is played by the actor Corey Stoll in Ant-Man 3. Therefore, his character from the first installment of 2015 called Darren Cross he has become the villain we will see in the third film. What actually happened to him in the Quantum Realm is a mystery for now. but as he says Jeff Lovenessit will be quite fun to find out.
Meanwhile in Frank Grimes debuted in the eighth season episode 23 (May 4, 1997) of The Simpson. He was a man who had to fight his whole life to achieve his dreams and ended up working at the nuclear power plant with Homer. This caused her to feel very jealous of him, since she observes that everything that happens to him is by chance and without effort. So this drives him crazy and he ends up being electrocuted to death. Some time later, in the sixth episode of season 14 (December 15, 2002) his son named Frank Grimes Jr. whose intent is to kill Homer for what happened to his father.
