Last July Daedalic Entertainment e NACON had announced the postponement of The Lord of the Rings Gollum, a game taken from the famous fantasy saga and starring, precisely, Gollum. However, the new exit period had not been clarified.
But now, thanks to the third quarter 2022/23 report by Naconthe publisher has confirmed that the title will launch in the first half of the 2023-24 fiscal year.
This means that the game will be released between April 1st and September 31st of this year. Other titles expected for the full fiscal year are Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown e RoboCop: Rogue Citythe latter previously announced for a June 2023 release.
The Lord of the Rings: Gollum was announced in 2019, with a planned release for 2021. It was later delayed to 2022, with a date of September 1, only to be delayed, as previously mentioned, “by a few months” . We will therefore now see when the precise day of the release will be, in the midst of this six-month gap between April and September 2023.
