We are eagerly waiting for the second season of The Legend of Vox Machina to premiere and we have some new information.
Amazon Prime Video has a few adult animated series that are great like for example The Legend of Vox Machina o Invincible. Interestingly, we are waiting for the second seasons of both shows and they are making us wait too long.
Fortunately, the actor Liam O’Brien who interprets the The wax fire in The Legend of Vox Machina has revealed some details in a recent interview with SR.
“Well, Vax ride or die for his sister. And he’s willing to gamble it all and pay the price. He brings a lot of turbulence and a lot of big, dense, rich problems. ‘Trouble-tunities’ is one of our words today.”
“The twins are, for me, at the genesis of all this. Laura and I just created characters for what was supposed to be a single game and through that I made one of the best friends of my entire life and a sister. It really wasn’t that hard to connect because I care about her so much. She felt like we were honoring that.”
Liam O’Brien is referring to Laura Bailey, the actress who lends her voice to Vex’ahlia.
What is the series about?
The Legend of Vox Machina It is set in Exandria, a fantasy world in the purest Lord of the Rings style. The protagonists are a very peculiar group of characters, since separately they are a disaster, but together they are unbeatable. The team consists of the twins Vex’ahlia (half-elf) and The wax fire (half-elf), who are accompanied by Percy (human), Pike (gnome), Keyleth (half-elf), Scanlan (gnome) and Grog (Goliath).
They become famous thanks to the fact that they manage to defeat a dragon, then it is revealed that one of them has a dark past and they help him defeat those who destroyed his family and who intend to unleash an ancient terror.
