Even though he did not participate in shooting Brigadier J, the prosecutor assessed that Ricky should have been able to prevent the shooting of Brigadier J.
However, he actually supported the evil plans of his superior, namely Ferdy Sambo, by smoothing out the series of events in the shooting of Brigadier J.
Meanwhile, the thing that eased his demands was that Ricky was still young and there was still hope for improving his behavior.
Ricky is also the backbone of the family in making a living and has young children who need a father’s guidance.
3. Ferdy Sambo
The trial of charges with the defendant Ferdy Sambo was held on Tuesday (17/1/2023). The former Kadiv Propam Polri was sentenced to life imprisonment.

The prosecutor stated that as a high-ranking member of the National Police, Ferdy Sambo should not have committed an act of premeditated murder and obstructed an investigation.
Ferdy Sambo’s actions also dragged many members of the Police, causing uproar in the community.
At the same time, the prosecutor stated that there were no mitigating factors in the prosecution for Ferdy Sambo.
4. Princess Candrawathi
Ferdy Sambo’s wife, Putri Candrawathi underwent a trial for prosecution on Wednesday (18/1/2023). Prosecutors demanded Princess Candrawathi with imprisonment for 8 years.

There were a number of things that were considered aggravating to Bharada E so that he was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Bharada E is considered the executor that resulted in the loss of life of Brigadier J.
