There is one restriction; in the Netherlands you can only get a tattoo from the age of 12. Quite remarkable, because many tattoo artists think that age should be raised. They think you should be at least 16 or preferably 18 years old. But Sylvester already has his tattoo. He had it done at the age of 13, together with his sisters.
