Shooting Near Beverly Hills, 3 Killed and 4 Injured. PHOTO/LA Times
CALIFORNIA – At least three people were killed and four others were seriously injured shooting near Beverly Hills, Calif., United States of America , Saturday (28/1/2023) morning. Police are still investigating the shooting.
The Los Angeles Police Department said the shooting occurred at a short-term rental around 2:30 a.m. in the upscale Beverly Crest neighborhood, which borders Beverly Hills.

“Police are responding to several calls about shootings with people falling,” Sgt. Bruce Borihanh said at a news conference, as quoted by the New York Times.
He said that police were investigating whether there was a party or other gathering at the residence when the shooting occurred.
Sergeant Borihanh said that two of the injured were in critical condition and two others were in stable condition. He said officials were waiting for the coroner to identify those killed.
Police did not provide the sex or age of those killed or injured. Sergeant Borihanh also said there was “no suspicious information”, but he did not believe the community was in any danger based on witness interviews so far.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a shooting in the 2700 block of Ellison Drive at 2:55 a.m. “Three people died at the scene and two people have been taken to hospital,” said Margaret Stewart, a spokeswoman for the department.
He said that about 15 minutes later, authorities received a call from a different hospital, where two people injured in the shooting had been taken themselves.
