Shirley wants to sell her own sambal: ‘It’s great with stew’

She wakes up with it and goes to bed with it. Shirley de Bruyn prefers to eat sambal all day long. In addition to her studies, the 21-year-old Dordrecht has set up her own sambal brand and platform. Her jars are now in 37 stores across the country.
