The social irony of Kvicha’s former club: a TikTok video in which the goal of the Georgian also appears in Friday’s big match
More than irony, Rubin Kazan, the club where Kvaratskhelia played between 2020 and 2022, chose to take a pebble out of his shoe after Juve’s bad defeat on the Napoli field. He did it with social content published on the TikTok profile and obviously centered on his former jewel, one of the protagonists of the Maradona match. The provocation refers to an old negotiation with Juve for the Georgian footballer, close to moving to Turin in 2021, so much so that he stayed in Turin with his father and his entourage to visit Continassa and all the Juventus facilities.

It is a video of a few seconds, divided into two parts but quite significant. In fact, on the first slide there is Kvara with the Juve shirt and a caption describing the business attempt a few years ago during the negotiations between the clubs: “Juve in 2021: 20 million is too much for him”, translated ” Juve in 2021: 20 million is too much for him”. The second slide portrays the action of the Georgian’s goal during the last match between Napoli and Juve, with a “2023” in graphics that somehow baffles the Juventus managers on the choice.
