After the polls closed last Saturday, Sterrin, ICU nurse Jessica Kloosterboer and BBB MP Caroline van der Plas turned out to have received the most votes. A jury, consisting of journalists and program makers from RTV Oost, De Stentor and Tubantia, was then allowed to make the decision and chose Smalbrugge.
