according to report published by the Torcuato Di Tella University in conjunction with ZonaProp, which are part of the Real Estate Survey of Latin Americathere are cities in Latin America where living is more expensive compared to the rest of the region.
This is how the exercise is carried out to know the sale value of a square meter of the typical housing unit in each city and determine what they are the most expensive to live. “In this work, prices requested by sellers taken from the most used websites in 10 Latin American countries are used. The data comes from Navent company sites and other public sources,” reveals the study.
Mexico occupies three places on the list, Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara outline as very expensive cities in all of Latin America. Here the complete list:
