Public transport, the essential levels of performance must in fact always be satisfied: analyzes and new proposals

Today we are at the point where this has never happened. An example is provided by the inequalities that arise when comparing two Italian municipalities with the same number of inhabitants. The cases are many, needless to dwell. Not having applied i Lep it meant preventing even virtuous administrations from offer services to its citizens, more education and culture, assistance to the weakest, to create jobs and provide services that are closer to citizens’ needs.
