It concerns 49-year-old Minh Nghia Vuong. He is suspected of having opened fire at the Walburg shopping center at Hof van Holland in Zwijndrecht around 1:45 p.m. Then he fled. The police describe him as ‘dangerous from flight and firearms’.

The suspect is 1.70 tall, has light skin, a normal build and short black hair. At the time of the shooting, he was wearing a dark jacket with a parka model, below which he wore a piece of clothing with a hood. Vuong is also known by his nickname ‘Lucky’.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911. “Do not approach him yourself,” the police write. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is requested to call the police on 0900-8844, or anonymously via M on 0800-7000.
