Chiné has in fact requested a penalty of 9 penalty points on the current championship, by virtue of which Juventus – currently third with 37 points, ten less than leaders Napoli – would slip to seventh position, at an altitude of 28. In the Champions League area, they would as a result Lazio entered, which however is on equal points with Atalanta and Rome. The Bergamo players would find themselves in the Europa League area, the Giallorossi would virtually be in the Conference. In fact, however, the fight for fourth place would be more open than ever.
