OnePlus will launch the smartphone OnePlus 11 internationally on February 7, but it looks like a big surprise is coming along with the event: The company’s first tablet. On the page teaser At the US event, a new banner image shows the upcoming phone and earphones sitting on a large tablet. On the Indian event page, there is also a new tab for the “OnePlus Pad” and an additional image.
In the official images, we can see a large round camera bump, which looks like the one on the OnePlus 11. If you zoom in, you can see that there is a single lens and an LED flash, but cameras aren’t that important on tablets. It’s also very green. The other image shows the sides of the tablet, which appear to be flat aluminum. There is also a large flat oval on the side of the tablet, which usually means a side fingerprint sensor.
However, we don’t just have the teaser images of OnePlus to watch. Just before OnePlus released the official teaser, OnLeaks (alias Steve Hemmerstoffer) e MySmartPrice they’ve released renderings, and while OnLeaks has a great reputation, we don’t even have to guess: these images have already proven accurate thanks to the OnePlus teaser. The accompanying report says to expect a display from 11.6 inches and a metal unibody frame.
Internationally, the parent company of OnePlus, Oppostarted a line of tablets last year, launching both the “Oppo Pad” that the”Oppo Pad Air” in the 2022. The higher-end Oppo Pad has an 11-inch 2560×1600, 120Hz LCD display, a Snapdragon 870 SoC, 6GB of RAM, an 8360mAh battery, 33W charging, and pen input. The retail price is around $340. It is very probable that the OnePlus Pad has a similar price.
