ROME, JAN 16 – Costantino Bonaiuti remains in prison, the man who on Friday killed the lawyer Martina Scialdone, with whom he had been having an affair. This is what the investigating judge of Rome decided at the end of the validation hearing by ordering prison for the 61-year-old. The man exercised the right not to answer. The Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office charges the suspect with voluntary homicide aggravated by premeditation and futile and abject motives. (HANDLE).
