E3 2023 was expected to be the successful return of the world’s most important video game event after years without a face-to-face presentation. Unfortunately, it seems that the next edition of E3 will be far from the glory of old years, since it will be without its 3 great protagonists: Nintendo, Xbox and PlayStation.
According to multiple sources from IGN, one of the most prestigious video game media internationally, Nintendo, Xbox and PlayStation decided to get off the boat at E3 2023. In this way, the 3 companies that manage consoles will not have news at the event nor presence in the physical event that will be held in Los Angeles.

Although PlayStation had been out of E3 for some time, the absence of Nintendo and Xbox will attract the attention of many. After all, both companies used to have some sort of presence at the event even in their dry years.

ReedPop is focused on building E3 2023

For its part, ReedPop, the company in charge of organizing E3, shared a message in which it neither confirmed nor denied the absence of these companies, concentrating solely on talking about the reconstruction of E3.
