“I see a lot of frustration and impotence on both sides,” said Sylvia in a new episode of Married at First Sight: An Experience Richer.
Although Sylvia can’t judge it well because she wasn’t there herself, she notices that they are both roosters. Sylvia can understand that Nicole eventually gets so angry at Martijn that she throws a glass of wine at him. According to her, it is ‘not proper’ that Martijn addresses her about her driving behavior.
Sylvia therefore doubts whether the two will remain ‘buddies’, as Martijn would like to see it. The former MAFS contestant thinks Nicole would like to fight longer. “Martijn was already so far that he wanted to inform her carefully that he only sees her as a friend, not as a partner.”
Where it crackles between Nicole and Martijn, something has yet to burn between Paula and Remco. Sylvia gives the match little chance of success. “I saw with her right from the start – when she saw: okay, this is in front of me -: it’s not you.” According to Sylvia, the fact that Paula then calls him ‘neat’ and doesn’t give a compliment says enough. “I do have the idea that he is not her type. (…) She does not really have that click yet.”
