Founded in 2016 in a town just outside Shanghai, Zeths is a motorcycle manufacturer that deals with producing only “high-end and engine capacity” motorcycles, which for the Asian market means from 250 cc upwards and to do so it relies on V-twin engines that equip the Naja and Boger models, with a displacement of 250cc while at the end of last year the House presented an unprecedented V-twin also I 1000 cc.
The latest project Zeths is working on, however, concerns one sporty with a vintage look, which recalls the fairings of the 80s with round headlights (one of which is fake) and a dress characterized by soft and sinuous lines, totally in contrast with today’s sports cars. It’s called the ZFR 500 R, the number of which represents the cubic capacity of the engine, a twin-cylinder in this case parallel and water-cooled whose values should roughly correspond to those imposed by the A2 license, therefore 48 HP and 35 kW.
Zeiths did not provide any details regarding this bike, but according to what can be glimpsed under the fairings, it is possible to deduce that the frame is a double aluminum beam, which is combined with an upside-down fork, while the choice of a single sided swingarmalso in aluminum.
As far as the braking system is concerned, it should be Brembo branded, due to the sponsors shown on the fairings, and uses a double front disc with four-piston radial calipers, and a single disc at the rear. It seems to be standard l’ABSwhile the instrumentation is entrusted to a modern color TFT display.
