The rider has published a video showing the hard training and testing he underwent in the Red Bull super gym in Austria

Marc Márquez it seems to top of form, ready for 2023. The photographs arrived from Austria, from the Red Bull super gym, i.e. the Center for High Performance Athletes, proved it to us.
Now, to reinforce this idea, he has also arrived the video of those test-workoutsposted by Marc Marquez himself.
The pilot was invited by Red Bull in the town of Thalgau, near the Eastern Alps, to put himself in the hands of the experts and see how his right arm, which has undergone four operations, is actually doing.
The video shows Marquez undergoing a test on the first day respiratory and pulmonary resistance teststhen some physiotherapists check his fitness: “You’re pretty strong,” one of them tells him.
Then there was one treadmill run test that 93 finished exhausted, failing even to answer the question: “Are you okay?”. After a workout in the gym and finally a relaxing massage.
On the second day the tests were focused on arm holdleft first then the right.
In the end the result of the tests to which it was subjected is positive and he himself appeared satisfied.
