MOSCOW, 26 JAN – Russian President Vladimir Putin no longer considers possible talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky, “who had been preparing for war for a long time”. Peskov further stressed that the supply of tanks to Kiev is proof of direct Western involvement in the conflict in Ukraine and will not change the status of the Russian military operation in the country.
