Remove grease stains
With a teaspoon of cornstarch powder you can easily remove grease stains from your carpet and furniture, especially if it is a ‘fresh’ stain. Rub a teaspoon of cornstarch on the stain and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Then take the vacuum cleaner and suck up the powder. The stain is now a lot less!
Clean windows streak-free
With cornstarch you can also easily clean your windows without streaks! Add a teaspoon of cornstarch to your regular soup and stir well. After that you can just clean your windows as you normally do, only you won’t have any streaks left.
Make wood shine
You can make your wooden chair and table shine again with a little cornflour. Rub some cornstarch on your wooden furniture and let it soak for 15 minutes. Then you can simply wipe off the powder and your furniture will shine beautifully again.

This is a professional trick for cats. With cornstarch, your cat’s fur becomes super soft and smells a lot less.
Extra soft clothing
For extra soft clothes, you can use a mix of 5 milliliters of water and a tablespoon of cornstarch. Put the mixture in a spray bottle and spray it over your clothes before ironing. Want to bet that your clothes will feel nice and soft?
