We had reported the big problem that had caused Lost Ark when they began to eradicate the bots that haunted the servers, and that is that inactive players were permanently banned, leaving them a mark that labeled them as “cheaters” on their profiles. The game has resolved the bug and all bans related to the incident have been reverted, lifting the ban on Lost Ark accounts y unbranding steam profiles.

The developers hope to also reverse the outrage that caused the problem, which is why they have communicated in the official forums of the video game that: “All bans related to this incident have been reversed, for both the Lost Ark game and Steam accounts, and will be removed without penalty shortly. If for any reason you have persistent problems, please contact Customer Support. Thanks!”
Problem solved, but the reviews are still on the Steam page. We will see over time if with this measure, the developers manage to clean up the reviews that are currently negative, perhaps with the news of the 2023 roadmap and being careful with future measures against bots, they will once again have the trust of the community .
