KIEV, 13 JAN – “Russian troops have not captured Soledar from the Donetsk region. The announcements of the Russians about the alleged capture of the city do not correspond to reality,” said the spokesman of the Eastern Front of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Cherevaty, refuting the statements of the Russian Federation, UNIAN reports. “No it is not true. Fighting is still going on in the city,” Cherevaty specified, without however providing further details on the situation for security reasons. (HANDLE).
