ROME, JAN 14 – A Russian missile hit an apartment building in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, and there are “people under the rubble”. Kyrylo Tymoshenko, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, reports this in Telegram. Posting a photo of a heavily damaged building on his social media channel, Tymoshenko said that “under the rubble there are people who were at home”, adding that help is on the spot. (HANDLE).
