Ranah.co.id – The Municipal Government (Pemko) of Padang asked that the banner with the words “Servants of Satan” belonging to the courage testing vehicle on Jalan Batang Arau, Berok Nipah Village, West Padang District be removed.
It was claimed that the request for the banner to be removed was because there were people who claimed to be uneasy with the existence of the words “Satan’s Servants”.
“Yes, after we communicated, finally the banner was taken down by the owner of the vehicle to test the guts,” said the Head of the Padang City Communications and Informatics Service, Boby Firman in a written statement, Friday (13/1/2023).
According to Boy, the existence of the “Satan’s Slaves” banner was based on information from the public. Then, Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) personnel came to the location.

Meanwhile, Head of Satpol PP Padang, Mursalim, said that his party had indeed gone to the location and requested that the banner be taken down, the owner was also cooperative and wanted to take the banner down himself.
“The vehicle owner was very cooperative in dismantling the banner himself,” said Mursalim.
Not only that, according to Mursalim, the personnel have also reprimanded the vehicle owners so they can maintain the trantibum and not violate the values and norms that apply in society.
“The permits owned by the vehicle are complete and the owner also apologizes, the banner that was installed initially reads the Padang Ghost House Guts Test ride, because there is a theme made by the owner once every fifteen days, so recently the theme Satan’s Servant was installed. Mursalim explained.
The election, said Mursalim, had also promised not to use any more themes that conflicted with the values and norms prevailing in society which would cause uproar.
