Sumatran voice – A video showing a female candidate for Alfamart employee crying and sobbing went viral on social media. The woman is said to have cried because her boss reprimanded her for not greeting customers.
Entrepreneur Jhon LBF, who saw the video, immediately reacted. He also offered her a job.
“Ma’am, don’t be sad anymore, sis, don’t cry anymore, I am Jhon LBF ready to work you at my company with a salary that is definitely bigger than the salary you receive at the minimarket,” said Jhon in a video uploaded to his TikTok account, seen Thursday (19/1 /2023).
Jhon saw that the woman really needed a job. He asked not to worry about accommodation if the woman was outside Jakarta. The reason is, everything will be taken care of by the company.

“Why did I offer you a job, because I see that you really need a job. And if you are in a position outside the city of Jakarta, outside the city of Jakarta island, don’t worry. I will be responsible for all the accommodation, and later in Jakarta I will prepare a place for you. live by the company near the office so that access is easier,” he said.
Jhon LBF hoped that the woman’s parents would agree that their children would work at their company. Because the salary offered is greater than the salary in the mini market.
“Ma’am, please convey this to your family. I hope that the parents, Ms., are pleased for their children to work at my company. I will educate them. I will employ them, with a definite salary higher than that received at the minimarket,” he said.
Previously, Alfamart had summoned and sanctioned the employee who filmed the woman. While the prospective employee is currently still working.
“Today, Monday, January 16 2023, Alfamart has summoned and reprimanded and imposed sanctions on employees who took the video, while prospective employees continue the job training period by implementing standard work procedures and a commitment to serve consumers well,” he wrote.

Alfamart stated that the actions taken by the video recorder were not in accordance with company procedures.
“Alfamart does not have a standard procedure for taking videos of the process of accepting prospective employees at Alfamart, so the video shooting was purely carried out by employees without Alfamart’s knowledge and/or approval,” he said.
He thanked the community for the criticism and suggestions given. So that criticism and suggestions can be used to further improve service to consumers.
“For the actions taken by one of Alfamart’s employees, we apologize and at the same time thank you for the criticism and suggestions given. So that Alfamart can increase its commitment to providing better service to all Indonesian people,” he wrote.
