Intermonte recruits Jody Vender, he was a director on the board of directors of Mondadori, Buitoni and Recordati
Jody Vender it’s the new one senior advisor (adviser) of Intermonte, the independent investment bank specializing in institutional brokerage, research, capital markets, M&A transactions and advisory on the Italian market. Regarded as one of pioneers of private equity in ItalyVender will lead the business development of divisione Investment Bankingthanks to its many years of experience and constant collaboration with Italian entrepreneurs and companies. Jody Vender in fact, he has a long academic career behind him at the Luigi Commercial University Mouthfulswhere he was appointed professor in the Finance area for over 25 years.
“Bocconian of the year” for the 1990has been founder and member of the board of directors of IF, Italian Association of Private Equity Funds. Vender also boasts a long experience as board member of major companies, including Buitoni, Zanussi, Mondadori, Banca Nazionale dell’Agricoltura, Recordati, Sasib, Camfin, Humanitas, Preliosjust to name a few.
Despite the impact of the current geopolitical and macroeconomic scenario on global equity markets, the division Investment Banking of Intermonte, led by Fabio Pigoriniclosed the first half of 2022 with double-digit revenue growth thanks to a significant increase in M&A activity, contributing approximately 35% to the group’s total net revenues.
