KIEV – Ukrainian military intelligence revealed that the President of Russia Vladimir Putin got the treatment of the best Western doctors. That is why the Kremlin leader is still alive.
“Unfortunately, Putin is being treated by the best doctors in the West, that’s why he is still alive. If he had been treated by Russian doctors, everything would have ended sooner,” Deputy Chief of Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Major General Vadym Skibitskyi, was quoted as saying by the Ukrayinska Pravda newspaper, Tuesday. (24/1/2023).
In May 2022, Ukraine’s Head of Defense Intelligence Major General Kyrylo Budanov said that Putin could have several more years to live despite serious illnesses, including cancer.

“Yes, we fully confirm this information (that Putin has cancer). He has several serious illnesses, one of which is cancer. But it’s pointless to hope that Putin will die tomorrow. He still had at least a few years left. Whether you like it or not, that’s the truth,” said Budanov.
On January 19, President Volodymyr Zelensky doubted that Putin was still alive.
“I don’t really understand who to talk to and what about. I’m not sure that the Russian president who occasionally appears with a green chromakey screen is actually the (right) one,” he said.
“I don’t really understand whether he is still alive or whether he made decisions, or who made decisions there. What group of people (can make decisions in Russia)? I don’t have such information,” Zelensky said.
Former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele once claimed that Putin was gravely ill, but it was not clear what exactly was his illness.
However, the Kremlin has dismissed reports describing Putin’s health condition as deteriorating. According to the Kremlin the president is fine.
