Inés Gómez Mont has been a fugitive from Mexican justice since she was linked to crimes of tax fraud.
Last November 2022, the Fifteenth District Court of Amparo in Criminal Matters invalidated the arrest warrant against the actress and presenter Inés Gómez Mont, for his alleged responsibility in the crime of tax fraud of more than 12 million pesos.
This was changed again by the most recent arrest warrant, which would already be the fourth that the driver has against her.
Inés Gómez Mont, and her husband, Víctor Manuel Álvarez Puga, They are wanted in more than 190 countries, after Interpol issued the red file for their search and location, at the request of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR).
In October 2021, Gómez Mont assured that the accusation against him for illicit enrichment of three billion pesos is false. It should be remembered that a federal judge ordered the arrest of 10 involved in the case of diversion of public resources and “laundering” of money for which Inés Gómez Mont and her husband, Víctor Manuel Álvarez Puga, are wanted.
