Hurdle runner Maayke Tjin-A-Lim has met the limit for this year’s European Indoor Championships at indoor competitions in Kirchberg, Luxembourg. The 25-year-old athlete came to a personal best of 8.00 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles, staying 3 hundredths of a second below the European Championship limit.
Tjin-A-Lim was second in Luxembourg. She only had to let Natalia Christofi from Cyprus go first. He won in 7.92 seconds.
The European Indoor Championships will take place from 2 to 5 March in Istanbul, Turkey.
