Hogwarts Legacy is just around the corner, so Avalanche decided to share some technical information that many gamers want to know. Thanks to this, we already know the performance that the title will have on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S, as well as the requirements to play at 4K and 60 fps on PC.
If you plan to enjoy the title on a current generation console, you should know that there will be 2 configuration modes. Quality mode will allow you to play at 30 fps with a resolution that can go up to 4K on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
On the other hand, there will be a Performance mode, which targets 60 fps and a resolution that was not confirmed. The study confirmed that gamers with compatible screens or monitors will be able to use Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) on all consoles.

Avalanche updates the requirements to play Hogwarts Legacy on PC
The developer had previously revealed the minimum and recommended requirements to play the title on computers. However, it recently updated them to also reveal the requirements needed to play games on Ultra and Ultra 4K settings. Below, you can see all the information:
Minimum requirements (720p and 30 fps, low settings)

Recommended requirements (1080p and 60 fps, high quality settings)
Operating system: Windows 10 (64-bit) CPU: Intel Core i7-8700 (3.2 GHz) or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (3.6 GHz) Memory: 16 GB RAM Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 1080 Ti, AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT or Intel Arc A770 DirectX: version 12 Storage: 85 GB on SSD
Ultra requirements (1440p and 60 fps, ultra quality settings)

Hogwarts Legacy will arrive on February 10 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S and PC. Its premiere on PS4 and Xbox One will be on April 2 and its version for Switch will arrive on July 25. Here you can find more news about the title.
