Now, more than thirty years later, there was suddenly the message today that the municipality of Hengelo wants to examine the soil of gardens for the presence of PFAS. During that investigation, later this month, drilling will be done at three locations in the garden at a depth of 30, 80 and 200 centimetres. It is not mandatory to participate in the study and the residents will be informed of the results immediately.
