Hack Hof van Twente: court still rules on damage claim against system administrator

The municipality of Hof van Twente and IT provider Switch IT Solutions have not come to an agreement about the damage claim, because of the hack in the municipal systems. The municipality had taken the IT provider from Enschede to court, but they asked whether they could still work it out among themselves. That did not work out, so the judge will still rule in the much-discussed hack case.
