The Mayor of Solo, Gibran Rakabuming Raka responded casually to Cak Nun’s comment that called President Joko Widodo a pharaoh.
The eldest son of President Jokowi admits that he has never paid attention to the sarcastic comments circulating on social media. He conveyed this to the media crew at the Solo City Hall.
“Ketoke wis apologizes, yowis to. (It seems that he has apologized, already),” said Gibran when asked about Cak Nun calling Jokowi Pharaoh, Thursday (19/1/2023).
Gibran even made sure that he was never offended by the oblique comments that had been made about his family so far.

“(The family) is not (offended). Just relax. Everyone is forgiven, wis rasah sitik report (no need to report a little bit), OK? Koyo randue gawean ae (as if you don’t have anything to do),” he said.
It is known that Muslim scholar Emha Ainun Najib or better known as Cak Nun apologized for his statement which compared Jokowi to Pharaoh.
In a short video uploaded by the CakNun.com account on YouTube, Cak Nun apologizes for offending other parties and asks God for forgiveness.
“I also apologize to all those who were hurt or suffered, became whatever, by my words,” he said.
The figure who was born in Jombang, East Java, admitted that he was annoyed because he said things he shouldn’t have said.

“I was just being tried by my family. Beaten up, wronged, fooled (blamed, made a fool of),” he said.
Cak Nun’s name was previously trending on Twitter because of his statement in Maiyah’s study which had called Jokowi like a Pharaoh.
