Suara.com – The government continues to speed up a number of infrastructure development projects in the National Capital City (IKN), one of which is the offices of a number of Coordinating Ministries currently led by Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan as Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment and Airlangga Hartarto as Coordinating Minister for the Economy.
Minister of PPN/ Head of Bappenas Suharso Monoarfa said that currently the construction of buildings for a number of ministries in the IKN is being carried out.
“There are a number of points where we are reviewing the development stages, especially in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP),” Suharso said as quoted from his Instagram account, Wednesday (25/1/2023).
Suharso explained that there are eight points of development that are being carried out at KIPP and are indeed the main focus. With the following details:

1. Residential Construction Workers
2. Coordinating Ministry Building 1
3. Coordinating Ministry building 2
4. Coordinating Ministry building 3
5. Coordinating Ministry building 4

7. Arrangement of the National Axis Stage 1
8. Department Site House.
He explained that the construction of the State Palace building and ceremonial grounds had been started by PT Wijaya Karya since November 2022 and was targeted for completion in October 2024.
Meanwhile, the construction of the building and the coordinating ministry office area 1 has started its construction since December 2022 and is also targeted to be completed in October 2024
“This project has been carried out by PT Wijaya Karya Gedung Gedung. The scope of work is in the form of an office building for the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment, infrastructure and area planning,” he explained.
Then, the construction of the building and the coordinating ministry office area 2 will begin in January 2023 and is targeted for completion in October 2024. This project will be run by PT Ciriajasa Engineering Consultants.

“The scope of work is in the form of an office building for the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy, infrastructure and regional planning,” he added.
Furthermore, the construction of the coordinating ministry office building and area 3 has also started since December 2022 and is targeted for completion in December 2024. This project is being carried out by PT Virama Karya.
“The scope of work is in the form of an office building for the Coordinating Ministry for Politics, Law and Human Rights, infrastructure and regional planning,” concluded Suharso.
