We still have a hangover from Elden Ring. It is not for nothing that it is GOTY 2022, and it is that many players are just discovering the many hidden secrets in the Intermediate Lands. But yes, From Software is already working on its next game.
And this time it won’t be a soulslike or an open world game. The study led by Hidetaka Miyazaki returns to its franchise Armored Corewith a sixth installment already in development.
Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon will be a mix of action, shots and fuses that promises to leave in diapers what was seen in previous installments, although perhaps without reaching the greatness of Elden Ring, Sekiro or Bloodborne.

The development is in the hands of Masaru Yamamura, which promises to maintain the essence of the saga but with small novelties. For example, the campaign will be more cinematic and intense than ever before.
When will Armored Core VI be released? We don’t know yet, but luckily a new stream of the game will be held in a few days, with Taipei Game Show motif (which starts on February 2).
New Fires of Rubicon details imminent
Bandai Namco, publisher of FromSoftware games, has announced a new stream for Armored Core VI, which will take place next February 3 at 1:00 p.m. Spanish peninsular time.
The stream is part of Bandai Namco’s schedule for the Taipei Game Show. Both Yamamura and Miyazaki are expected to be on the broadcast, which will last around an hour and can be followed live on YouTube.
Since the first trailer did not show gameplay, it is expected that in-game images of the title will be shown this time. Of course, we may have to wait until 2024 to enjoy it.

Bandai Namco has confirmed that the producer of the saga, Yasunori Ogura, will be present on the stream. It may not be the big reveal for the title, but it is sure that we will see more direct action and details.
FromSoftware’s idea with this title is to apply everything learned in the soulslike genre, but without straying from the theme from the wick franchise.
For example, Armored Core 6 will have boss battles (hopefully not as difficult as in Sekiro or Dark Souls), and also a classic multiplayer mode (1v1).
How to clean your PC thoroughly to improve performance
Unfortunately, it has been confirmed that the campaign will be exclusive to a single player. FromSoftware wants to emphasize the greatness of the story and the missions, so there will be no co-op.
Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon is currently in development by FromSoftware, after dazzling us all with Elder Ring. At the moment, a release date has not been specified; the title will be available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC.
