From 25 to 45 km/h: light mopeds massively converted due to compulsory helmets

Moped riders must wear a helmet since 1 January. The maximum speed has remained 25 kilometers per hour and many people don’t like that. The number of converted light mopeds has increased considerably in recent years. And some people are doing it themselves.
