Everyone from the region can come and borrow clothes, just like you can borrow a book in the library. Borrowing party clothes is already a well-known concept in the Netherlands, such as with carnival. Borrowing ‘ordinary’ clothes, however, is not very common in the Netherlands, although the idea is already being used elsewhere in the country.
