To this end, Mayor Rainer Doetkotte of Gronau and Mayor Roelof Bleker of Enschede signed a ‘Letter of Intent’ today on the Dutch/German border near Glanerbrug. With this letter of intent, Enschede and Gronau agree to collaborate intensively on six themes: (1) living and living, (2) mobility, (3) economy and work, (4) security, (5) education and sport and (6 ) culture and tourism.
